Q: How do I create a shopping list for a pricing quote?

A: Select a category, then select an item by clicking the text, pick a quantity you require pricing and add this to your basket; this will create the quotation list. Once you have finished click view quote this will allow you to fill in your details and save your quote for you to view and review as many times as you like in future.



Q: How can I place an order when I receive my quote?

A: You may telephone or fax us on the numbers above, or email: sales@europeanlampgroup.com



Q: How much will the delivery cost be?

A: Orders are carriage paid over £100*. The carriage charge on orders below this value will be advised before any goods are despatched.
(*Larger sizes of fluorescent tubes etc. do incur additional carriage due to their physical length i.e. 6ft / 1.8M, 8ft 2.4M etc.).



Q: How do I pay for goods?

A: If you have/open a credit account (which takes approx. 5 working days from receipt of a fully completed Application Form) with us we can invoice you for your goods as they are despatched. If you do not have/want a credit account you can pay on a pro-forma basis.



Q: What do I do if I receive any of my goods damaged?

A: We require notification in writing (either fax or email within 48hrs), we will then despatch replacement goods and arrange collection of the damaged items.



Q: How do I return un-required / over ordered goods?

A: Generally we do not operate on a sale or return basis, however each request in writing (by fax, letter or email) will be judged on its individual merits and circumstances.
